Pls note – as per latest RBI guidelines the card can hold Rs 200000 (Rs Two Lac) at any given time and has a monthly loading limit of Rs 5 Lac.

Users must know the available balance on their card and request to transfer the exact amount that can be loaded on the card. Eg: available balance on john’s card is Rs 185000. At this point john can ask to load the card with any amount which is NOT MORE THAN Rs 15000.

Any request for more amount than what can be loaded, will result in failure and the money with remain in NSDL bank till the user requests again for the loading.

Eg: in the eg given above, if john requests to load Rs 16000 then this request will fail and the amount will remain in NSDL. John will have to bring down the available balance on his card to Rs 184000 and then send email to support@smazepay.com Requesting to load Rs 16000 to the card.

3. Refund Request: In the event that your application has not been processed within 90 days from the date of payment, you have the option to request a refund. To initiate the refund process, please send an email from your registered email address to support@smazepay.com. Make sure to include your payment receipt as proof of purchase. Our support team will assist you further in processing your refund request.
